Prenatal Yoga
Gentle, supportive classes for expectant parents at any stage of pregnancy, led by a certified pre- and postnatal yoga teacher. Sessions focus on easing common pregnancy aches, improving posture and core stability, and practising breathing and relaxation techniques to support wellbeing and preparation for birth.
I run regular community classes, and am also available for bookings by other groups or organisations.

Postnatal & Baby
Gentle, supportive classes for new birthing parents and their babies, led by a certified pre- and postnatal yoga teacher. Sessions focus on rebuilding strength, easing tension, supporting recovery, and encouraging bonding. Suitable for all stages, from 6 weeks postpartum (10–12 weeks after a caesarean).
I run regular community classes, and am alsoavailable for bookings by other groups or organisations.

Parent & Toddler
Playful, engaging classes for parents and toddlers to move, stretch, and explore together. Sessions include yoga-inspired movement, songs, and simple breathing practices to support connection and fun.
Classes coming up in early 2026! Classes can be booked for community or group settings.

Accessible / Mobility-Friendly Yoga
Adaptable yoga for all mobility levels, led by a certified accessible yoga teacher. Sessions can be done on a mat, chair, and with props, and focus on stretching, strengthening, gentle movement, and breathing practices to support wellbeing at your own pace.
Currently available for bookings by groups or organisations.
