Prenatal Yoga

Gentle, supportive classes for expectant mums and birthing parents at any stage of pregnancy. In my classes, we focus on:

  • Pregnancy-specific strength – with a focus on the core and pelvic floor

  • Releasing tension – easing common pregnancy aches

  • Breathing and relaxation – to feel calmer, grounded, and prepared for birth

  • Connection – with yourself, your baby, and other parents-to-be

Each session is designed to help you move safely, feel supported, and leave feeling more confident in your body and your pregnancy.

Postnatal & Baby Yoga

Gentle, supportive classes for new mums and parents and their babies. Sessions focus on:

  • Rebuilding strength – core, pelvic floor, and overall postnatal recovery

  • Easing tension – releasing postnatal aches and discomfort

  • Breathing and relaxation – helping you feel calm, grounded, and restored

  • Bonding and connection – with your baby and other parents

  • Sensory activities for babies – to keep them engaged and curious

Each session is designed to help you feel stronger, more relaxed, and connected.

Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Sarah Clifton, a pre- and postnatal yoga teacher passionate about creating supportive, accessible spaces for mums and parents through pregnancy and early parenthood. I’m especially interested in helping people feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies, their breath, and their babies, without pressure to “bounce back” or do things perfectly.
