Kia ora, I’m Sarah Clifton — a certified yoga teacher specialising in prenatal, postnatal, and inclusive yoga. Alongside my teaching, I’m also a mum to a little boy (In the picture) and a step-daughter, and my own journey into motherhood deeply shapes the way I teach and care for my students.
