About every body flow

Kia ora! I'm Sarah (she/her), founder of Every Body Flow, yoga for mama.

I'm a Yoga Allianceโ€“certified teacher with 500 hours of training and over 15 years of teaching experience, with additional certifications in prenatal and postnatal yoga.

I believe yoga is for every body, and I'm passionate about creating warm, welcoming spaces where mamas can move, breathe, and reconnect, wherever they are in their motherhood journey. My teaching style is supportive and real, with plenty of adaptations and variations so you can practise in a way that feels right for your body, right now.

Every Body Flow grew from a simple idea: yoga should meet you where you are. Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering and rebuilding postnatally, or bonding with your baby, you'll find classes designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and a little more like yourself again.
