At every body flow – Inclusive Yoga, I offer yoga classes designed to support different stages of life and a wide range of bodies. My focus is on creating safe, welcoming spaces where you can move, breathe, and connect at your own pace.

    I really enjoyed this class as it was the first one taking my little one along to and taught me how to bond with my baby as well as make time to practice yoga myself. A nice balance. Sarah would kindly mind/distract the little one if you really needed a moment which I was grateful for. I really loved the coffee after, as we could all chill in the space rather than having rush to a cafe.
