Bring Yoga to Your Organisation
I’m Sarah, a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher also trained in accessible and chair yoga. My classes blend gentle movement, breath, and relaxation to support people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery (babies welcome!), or reconnecting with their bodies.
I provide all props—bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets—and for baby-friendly sessions, sensory toys, scarves, and bubbles. Participants bring their own mats, and the organisation provides chairs if needed. Classes can be taught on mats, chairs, or both, making them ideal for inclusive, community-based groups.
Session Options
Single Session
Small Group (up to 6 participants): $195
Large Group (7–12 participants): $225
Small Group Series
(up to 6 participants) — $185/hr base
4-week: $185/class → $740 total
6-week: $180/class → $1,080 total
8-week: $175/class → $1,400 total
Large Group Series
(7–12 participants) — $215/hr base
4-week: $215/class → $860 total
6-week: $210/class → $1,260 total
8-week: $205/class → $1,640 total

Multi-series booking: 5% off when booking 2 or more series
Back-to-back classes: (Example - prenatal + postnatal same day): 10% off second class
Community Connection Time
Add a relaxed 30-minute social time after class for participants to unwind, share experiences, and connect with others.
I’ll provide tea, coffee, biscuits, and napkins, and take care of setup and pack-down (host organisation provides cups and teaspoons).
+$50/session with refreshments provided (includes setup, serving tea/coffee/biscuits, and clean-up)
+$30/session if the organisation provides refreshments (covers facilitation and support to create a warm, inclusive space for connection)
This optional add-on helps foster a sense of community and belonging — turning a yoga session into a moment of shared calm and connection.
