What to wear and what to have handy

  • Comfortable clothes you can move and rest in

  • Yoga mat or soft surface (towel or blanket works well)

  • One or two cushions or pillows

  • Lightweight scarf (optional, for simple baby sensory moments)

  • Water nearby

Your baby is very welcome. Feeding, settling, stepping away, or keeping your camera off is completely fine.
