About the Class

Join me for a relaxed, supportive postnatal yoga class for mums and birthing parents, and their babies 👶✨

This is your space to gently rebuild strength, release stress and tension, and reconnect with your breath, so you can leave feeling a little stronger, more relaxed, and more connected, to your body and breath, your baby, and a like-minded community 💛

Babies are warmly included. You’re always welcome to pause to feed, change, or settle your baby at any time. We keep things flexible, with simple baby-friendly movement, songs, and ways to incorporate your pēpi into the practice. No pressure for your baby to be “settled”, everything is welcome here.

After class, stay for a cup of tea or coffee and connect with other local mums and parents in a relaxed, baby-friendly space ☕

Suitable from 6+ weeks postpartum (or once cleared by your LMC/GP).

Location: Papakura Yoga Centre, 3 Broadway, Papakura, Auckland

Street parking and parking in Averill St. carpark available. Bring your capsule or carrier as the venue has stairs.

  • Gentle, postnatal-safe strength + relaxation
