$145.00

About the Class:

5 Weeks Left! March 3rd - 31st

See a sneak peek video below! 👶✨

The class series has started but you can still join! See options in the drop-down menu below.

Join a supportive series designed for new mums/birthing parents and their babies. Classes focus on gently rebuilding strength, easing tension, and supporting postnatal recovery, with options suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (Maybe a little longer after a caesarean but please check with your LMC).

Babies are warmly included! To keep little ones engaged, we weave in simple baby-friendly activities such as sensory scarves, songs, baby yoga and massage, and gentle ways to incorporate your pēpi into your movement. There are also toys and bubbles on hand for a bit of extra novelty and fun. You can change and feed your baby any time! Don’t worry about your baby crying during class. It’s normal and everyone is supportive.
