When:
Trial Class: Monday March 23rd, 2026, 7:00–8:00 pm.
4-Week Block: Monday March 23rd-April 13th, 2026, 7:00–8:00 pm.
Where: Te Atatū Peninsula Community Centre, 595 Te Atatū Road, Te Atatū Peninsula - It will be held in the “Godwit Room” on the ground floor.
Parking: Plenty of space in the carpark and on-street parking also available.
For Class: Wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring your own mat. All other props provided by instructor: blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps.
Note: This class is best suited for the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. While yoga can be wonderfully supportive in early pregnancy, the 1st trimester is a more delicate time, and it’s important to rest and be gentle with yourself. Please check with your LMC before joining.
